Product Description

It is Silok's classical silicon leveling agent. It has unique hydroxy polyether polysiloxane modified copolymer structure and bigger molecular weight. It can provide excellent leveling, anti-fouling and anti-shrinkage, enhance high-film fullness and not stabilize fullness.

Product Applications

1. Gloss and matt PU wood finish: 0.35%, mirror leveling, no need to add silicone or acrylic ester leveling

2. UV wood floor varnish: 0.5-1.0%, mirror feeling, mark pen graffiti resistance, usually used with 8586N 

3.UV plastic paint: 0.3-0.5%, anti-shrinkage, anti-oil stain, mirror leveling, anti-abrasion

4. UV film coating: 0.3%, usually used with Silok350 - 1.0%

5. UV vacuum electroplated finish paint: 0.1-0.2%, mirror leveling, anti-shrinkage, high smoothness, mark pen graffiti resistance

6. UV paper gloss and printing ink: 0.5-1.0%, mirror leveling, enhance smoothness and abrasion resistance

7. PU/amino baking paint: 0.3-1.0%, leveling, anti-oil stain, anti-graffiti

8. Water-based ink, plastic paint or water-based baking paint: 0.1-0.5%, mirror leveling, anti-oil stain and anti-shrinkage, good smoothness feeling and abrasion resistance
