It is a gel comes from high molecular weight polyethylene glycol modified silicone crosslinked polymer and silicone resin mixture dispersed in low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. With unique velvety and powdery smoothness, endows products with velvety and matte mist effect. Meanwhile, a durable elastic film can be formed on skin to reduce pigment migration and improve water resistance. In lip gloss formulas can significantly improve the product's chroma, and provide the formula with unique velvet texture and excellent film formation.

9960 can cover fine wrinkles and smoothen skin, make the makeup more skin-fitting and natural, offer cleaner and longer-lasting makeup, and bring a better sense of use. Also can change the rheological properties of the formula, as auxiliary emulsifier, improve product stability. Can be widely used in all kinds of skin care and cosmetics products, such as lotion, water cream, lip glaze, lipstick, BB/CC cream, liquid foundation, concealer stick, sunscreen products, shampoo and hair care products, etc., especially recommended for lip glaze formula.
