2169F2 is a polyurethane film forming agent with special structure, mainly using isododecane solvent as the carrier. Taking into account the characteristics of polyurethane and silicone, it can form a very thin soft film on the skin, with excellent adhesion, waterproof, sweat resistant and grease resistant properties. It has good dispersion to color powder and excellent compatibility to various oils and fats, which is conducive to grinding and dispersion. In foundation products, it can better disperse the color powder, improve the stability of the formula, and the product's makeup setting effect. It can be widely used in non-stick mouth red/lip glaze, BB cream, CC cream, foundation liquid, liquid eyeliner, mascara and other products.
